Bridging New Skills and Career Advancement with Penn Foster
This year, Innovetive Petcare introduced Penn Foster to our suite of employee educational benefits. Penn Foster College is nationally accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC) and offers one of only eight AVMA-CTVEA fully accredited distance learning programs in the country for veterinary technicians. This recognized partnership allows Innovetive Petcare to provide a higher level of care to patients and is a testament of our commitment to enhanced training for technicians and practice managers. Penn Foster gives our team members an opportunity to learn new skills and advance their careers while paving the way for professional growth and tenure across our network of practices. Innovetive employees can choose between the Veterinary Practice Management Undergraduate Certificate Program, which offers team members the opportunity to earn the formal education requirement for the Certified Veterinary Practice Management (CVPM) Exam or the AVMA-CVTEA accredited Veterinary Technician Associate Degree. Both are self-paced, online programs, allowing individuals to achieve the fundamentals that further their career in the veterinary industry and increase the ability to provide outstanding animal care.
