Movin’ On Up!

Meet the Practice Managers Who Are Now Leading Others

Innovetive Petcare values professional and personal growth and we do so by creating ongoing opportunities for career trajectory at our company. Veterinary medicine continues to evolve both technologically and professionally, and the same should apply to our team members.

We readily encourage individuals to flex their skills, learn new things, drive new initiatives and reach for goals often outside the limits or walls of their animal practice. Professional development begins day one at Innovetive Petcare and  we adopt this ideology across all of our veterinary teams.

This Spring, three of our Innovetive Petcare practice managers were promoted to leading regional teams as Area Managers.

Trey  Knowles, CVA, of Metro Paws Animal Hospital has worked alongside Regional Operations Manager, Elle Prior, for the past 2 years and has demonstrated compassion, tenacity, servant leadership, and financial acumen, managing Metro Paws Animal Hospital’s 3 busy locations in Dallas, Texas. Versed in Specialty, Emergency and General Practice veterinary medicine, Trey has been a multi-site manager for 6+ years and is now Associate Regional Operations Manager role with Innovetive Petcare.

Shannon Harlow, Hospital Administrator at Carolina Animal Specialty & Emergency located in North Carolina, has been promoted to Area Manager within our Specialty/ER region under the support of Regional Operations Manager, Josh Jasper. With over 20+ years’ experience in Specialty/ER and Human Resources, Shannon is a Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) in Anesthesia and has a wealth of veterinary experience within academia and private practice at some of the most recognized specialty clinics. She will be working hand-in-hand with our growing number of clinics focused on forging relationships with local, primary veterinarians.

Please congratulate Misty Wilson, Practice Manager at Lenoir City Animal Clinic, for her promotion to Area Manager under the support of her Regional Operations Manager, Erika Petrosino. Misty will be overseeing the Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama region. Misty has years of experience managing a highly successful clinic outside of Knoxville, TN, and is ready to take the next step in her veterinary management career by leading others through best practices. Misty also recently received Ignite’s Veterinary Receptionist Certificate of Excellence (VRCE). This program included 40+ hours of 32 courses complete with in-depth discussions and participation in study groups and Misty is eager to pass on her learnings to her team and the region..

Please give each of these new Area Managers a round of applause for their time, dedication and attention to their respective practices. We look forward to watching them thrive as they enter their new roles at Innovetive Petcare
